DiamondKote Spray texture Overlay with optional color staining

The Homewood Suites Hotel was looking to improve the worn out and stained appearance of the concrete patio and walkway where guests often relax and barbecue. The surface was showing wear and the stone aggregate layer was exposed. Also, there were food and grease stains from the grilling at the outdoor kitchen area. We pressure washed and degreased the surface, preparing it for our DiamondKote Spray Texture Overlay.

We put a multi-Layer cement finish on it, added some earthtone color waterbased stains to the surface, then sealed it with Clear Class A Acrylic/MMA sealer to Preserve the colors and make the surface stain and salt resistant. The finish product left us with a non-slip sand finish texture that looked like natural stone found in New England. Needless to say they owners were very happy with the results.
