Polycrete Epoxy Non Skid Floor

This manufacturing floor gets heavy forklift traffic and steel wheel cart traffic. The standard epoxy system was not enough protection so we designed a Polycrete System by Dur-A-Flex. It was built with Polycrete SL and a quartz silica broadcast sand, then we added a 2nd broadcast layer with epoxy, then we added an epoxy grout coat over the sand layers. Finally we topped it with ArmorTop in light gray. This floor is super duty now.
